  • Data regarding your pages, groups, or channels where you have administrator privileges.

  • Analytics and performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach) to generate your platform reports.

  • Log Data: We collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, time zone, and system logs to ensure account security and proper cron-job scheduling execution.

  • Proxies: If you or our platform utilizes custom system proxies to route social media requests safely, related network connection data may be logged.

We use the collected information for purposes necessary to run a social media SaaS platform, including:

  • To Provide the Service: Managing your account, executing automated and scheduled posts, and organizing your content calendar.

  • To Power AI Tools: Processing your input prompts to generate captions, images, or ideas via our AI marketing features.

  • To Generate Analytics: Aggregating data from your connected channels to show performance statistics.

  • Retention: We retain your account data and social tokens for as long as your account remains active. If you unlink a social profile, its respective API access token is purged from our active database.

Our Service integrates with external APIs. By connecting your social media accounts to our platform, you also agree to be bound by those respective platforms' policies:

  • YouTube/Google: Automated Journey Workflow may use Google/YouTube API Services. Users are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can manage or revoke access via the Google Security Settings page.

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram): Data handling complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

  • Other Platforms: Defer to the privacy guidelines hosted by X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok where applicable.

We use cookies to maintain your login sessions, remember user preferences (such as language and dark/light mode settings), and optimize dashboard performance.
