Automated Journey Workflow provides multi-account social media scheduling, automation, reporting, and AI-driven content generation tools.

• API Dependencies: Our Service relies heavily on third-party APIs (including but not limited to Meta/Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok). We are not responsible for modifications, downtime, token expirations, or restrictions imposed by these third-party platforms.

• Compliance with Platform Rules: You agree to strictly abide by the rules, terms, and guidelines of all connected social networks. Any account suspension or ban on a third-party social media platform resulting from the use of our automation tools is your sole responsibility.

3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Actions

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish, schedule, or distribute spam, misleading content, or bulk repetitive messages that violate third-party platform terms.

• Distribute malicious code, viruses, or software designed to disrupt the Service or harvest user data.

• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, infringing on intellectual property rights, or harmful to minors.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the underlying code, script, or architecture of our platform.

• Bypass platform limitations or abuse system crons and system proxies to overload our servers.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if we find you in violation of these acceptable use policies.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations

• Billing: Access to certain features of Automated Journey Workflow requires a paid subscription plan. All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateways (such as PayPal or Stripe).

• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled before the renewal date.

• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription plan at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, social media account suspensions, or operational disruptions resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, or update these Terms of Use, at any time.
